Do you wish Akwa Ibom State Government of Nigeria to create an interventionist development organisation to be known as Akwa Ibom State Oil Mineral (and other minerlas) Producing/Holding Area Development Commission (AKSOMPHADEC) that will complement NDDC in the development of mineral producing area of the State.
