Just out of curiosity...who would commute mainly and/or solely on two non-motorized wheels, if roads were made available for those type of vehicles only (no motorized vehicle access)? I ask because I am amazed something like this (rails to trails) hasn't already been implemented. I know a bike trail through Florida is in the works but I was speaking more of in-town commutes (work and play). Holla at me...
