DO YOU THINK THAT AS A SOCIETY, PEOPLE NEED TO STOP GETTING INVOLVED IN OTHER PEOPLE'S BUSINESS? FOR EXAMPLE, WHEN A PARENT SPANKS HIS/HER CHILD, PEOPLE TURN THEM IN TO DHS. I GREW UP FEARING THE BELT!!! WHEN I GOT SPANKED I KNEW WHAT I DID WRONG, AND DIDN'T DO IT AGAIN! I CAN'T TELL YOU ALL THE TIMES I HAVE BEEN GROUNDED, OR WHAT I GOT GROUNDED FOR. DO YOU THINK THAT WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO RAISE OUR CHILDREN AS WE SEE FIT, INCLUDING PUNISHMENTS (WITHIN REASON....DON'T BEAT THE LIVING FUCK OUT OF THEM)? SO THE QUESTION I AM ASKING FOR YOUR OPINION ON IS: "SHOULD WE ALLOW PARENTS TO PARENT THEIR CHILDREN AND STAY OUT OF THEIR BUSINESS LIKE IT WAS WHEN WE WERE BEING RAISED? OR SHOULD WE REPORT ANYONE WE SEE THAT YELLS AT THEIR KID, OR USES SPANKING AS A CORRECTIVE ACTION TOOL?"
